Insurance & Reimbursement:
- Leg Up Nutrition is in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Mass General Brigham (formerly Allways Health Partners) insurance plans. Coverage depends on your individual plan. Insurance covers Medical Nutrition Therapy sessions for clients residing in the state of MA. Please use our insurance script to verify coverage.
- If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please use our insurance script to verify coverage of out-of-network services.
- Sliding scale rates due to financial hardship may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
